We live in a world where we are busy and sometimes forget to take time to ourselves. We work ourselves out to the point of exhaustion. This exhaustion or stress leads to depression or anxiety. We then continue working and living our lives without expressing what we feel. These suppressed feelings affect us and appear in our dreams. Our health is affected and its time to be mindful and take a stand.

Society seems to condition us to always appear calm and in full control of how we feel, no matter the circumstances.
