Haley A. Flanagan, a mother of three, has been working in the beauty industry with SeneGence for 3 1/2 years. She started her own business, BeautyUrWay, to support her daughter through college. Although her daughter has now graduated, she is still motivated to grow her business since her son will starting college soon and she is seeking resources to help her youngest daughter who has dyslexia and other difficulties.

In addition to her love for her family, Haley is passionate about helping women find their perfect color and empowering them with confidence. She also praises SeneGence's skincare line for its healing properties and 18-hour long-lasting wear.
