Chowder has to be one of my favorite things.  It’s perfect almost any time of year, even when soup may not be the obvious choice.  This creamy, delicious version is both filling and light.  And who doesn’t love bacon?

This Bacon Corn Chowder recipe is ready in about 30 minutes and there’s no peeling or chopping! It’s easy and delicious!
