It all started when JJ accidentally solved her chronic anxiety with a vitamin supplement designed for growing longer hair.  From there her lifelong interest in nutrition grew to an obsession.  After years of research and further education, friends began seeking her advice for other natural wellness solutions to their health issues too.

Backgrounds in nutritional therapy, herbalism and essential oils, and spiritual and emotional health has contributed to our love for continually researching a wide variety of natural wellness solutions.  At first glance, some of our products may seem off-the-wall, but I assure you, we embrace the science-y parts.
