Brian is the Treasurer of The Bennie Adkins Foundation. CSM Bennie G. Adkins is a Vietnam War veteran and Medal of Honor recipient and his foundation is dedicated to providing educational assistance to special forces soldiers transitioning into civilian life.

Brian is a Trustee of The Tennessee Golf Foundation supporting junior golf programs including The First Tee and other programs that grow the game.
