Brookdale Jones Farm offers several floor plans of our spacious one and two-bedroom senior apartments. All of our community apartments come with private baths with special safety features, spacious closets, and a 24-hour emergency response system. Independent living apartments feature fully equipped kitchens.
Our garden and apartment homes offer residents independence and convenience in a comfortable, private setting. Assisted living residences provide seniors with additional support while still fostering an active lifestyle. Our private, gated community gives residents the freedom to explore new hobbies, join new social circles or simply enjoy the company of friends and family.

Many of our residents enjoy spending time in our spacious game room, which has several game tables for playing cards or board games with friends.
Our library is a great place to relax and read the local paper or enjoy a favorite book. Our on-site beauty/barber shop is available for always looking your best, and meets all of your hair and nail care needs. We also have laundry facilities available, on-site banking and for your convenience, we offer outpatient occupational, speech, and physical therapies.

Our Assisted Living Community
Our process is unique to Brookdale and our trained staff is there to assist you with your personal needs, in the privacy of your suite/apartment. Our assisted living residents can receive assistance with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, cleaning, medication management, as well as showering or bathing. We work with residents to create a care plan that’s personalized to their needs.
These care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure every senior has access to the services they need. This unique approach also allows us to base fees around the time it takes for a resident to receive assistance, meaning seniors never pay for anything they don’t need.
