Brandi Edmonds is the owner of The Wine Cellar. She started out with a desire to find a hobby and ended up stumbling upon a new career. During a trip to Napa with a friend, she met Annette Birchfield, the former owner of The Wine Cellar, and they became good friends. When Annette needed help at the shop, Brandi was eager to pitch in. Despite her initial fear of not knowing enough about wine, Brandi quickly learned a lot from the customers, employees, and wine representatives she interacted with. Two years ago, Brandi turned her hobby job into a real job when Annette was ready to move on. The Wine Cellar has become a cultural hub for the community, a place where people gather to share their love of wine and make lasting connections. Brandi loves the relationships she builds with her customers and invites everyone to experience the warmth and hospitality of The Wine Cellar.

When asked “Why wine?”, her response is: “PEOPLE. People are what I love about wine. Often new to Huntsville customers wonder in and within a month they are welcomed into the culture that is The Wine Cellar. So much more than a bar or a wine shop, The Wine Cellar is truly the Cheers of Huntsville, where everybody knows your name. We just went to a wedding of a couple that dated at The Wine Cellar. We have couples who met here that now have babies! We have laughed with our patrons and at times cried with them too. All over the perfect glass of wine! Stop in and give us a try.”
