HOW FREQUENCIES AFFECT YOUR BODY
We are living in a time of technological progress like never before. There are constantly new advances in the fields of science and healthcare.
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ~ Nikola Tesla
“Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.” ~ Albert Einstein
We live in a world of frequencies and vibration—or energy—and we are part of the whole system. Every cell of our body vibrates—everything has its optimal frequency. The human body is an energy field. We are energy beings.
When we look at our health conditions from an energy point of view, we can feel the imbalance and disharmony. By re-balancing our frequencies, we have the power to improve our situation. The state of “balance” can be achieved when the cells, the body, the mind are at their natural frequency. Our thoughts and feelings are frequencies and vibrations, too. Our thoughts make up our personal world. How do we know if we are at the “right” frequency? We feel good!
A healthy cell has a certain frequency; and a healthy mind is at just the right frequency, too. Our health can be greatly affected by high or low frequencies within the body and from external sources. We can manipulate and change the frequencies, and become balanced. It has been scientifically proven we can prevent, treat, or even cure diseases through frequencies. Disease can be viewed as “dis-ease”—a state of not being at ease.
We can change our perception by changing our frequency. If your day starts off bad (e.g., you stub your toe or spill something on your work clothes), you tend to stay in that negative mood/mode for most of the day. But you can quickly change that feeling by doing one or more of the suggestions below.
The frequency in a healthy/happy person is higher than in someone who is not. The following are several ways we can change our body frequencies and raise them to a healthy level:
- Laughter! Laughter raises the body’s frequencies! Happy people have higher frequencies and are less prone to disease. Laughter also has been proven to speed the recovery from illness or injury.
- Prayer, Meditation, Quiet Time. No interruptions or devices—go into a closet and hang a “do not disturb” sign on the door if you need to!
- Eat Healthy Food. Life-promoting food (such as fresh fruits and vegetables) raises the body’s frequency. Add nutrients (especially minerals) to our diet to fill the nutritional gaps. Processed, empty-calorie foods rapidly reduce the body’s frequencies.
- Detox Body and Mind. Stay away from negative people and limit exposure to news sources. Learn emotional release techniques. Read/listen to inspirational content. Practice forgiveness and patience.
- Balance Body Meridians and Chakra Centers. Use acupressure, reflexology, reiki, and other energy-healing methods.
- Crystals. Crystals can promote the flow of good energy and help rid the body and mind of negative energy for physical and emotional benefits. They can used in combination with other suggestions here.
- Earthing/Grounding. An ancient therapeutic practice that focuses on realigning your electrical energy by making direct contact with the earth by walking barefoot on grass, sand, soil, or concrete. When you are grounded, your circulation improves, aiding in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues in your body. This is good to help reduce or relieve high blood pressure, anxious feelings, pain and inflammation, and stress. It also may improve sleep and increase energy levels.
- Get a Cat! Cats purr at frequencies between 20–150 Hertz, which are healing frequencies A cat’s purr is calming and relaxing and decreases stressful feelings. Research shows that the cat’s purr can actually heal bones, muscles, and tendons. It also can lower blood pressure, decrease the risk of heart attack, improve breathing, decrease pain and swelling, and promote wound healing.
- Exercise! Physical activity releases the brain’s feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins (e.g., runner’s high). We experience lower levels of stress hormones (such as cortisol and epinephrine) after bouts of physical activity. This can be as easy as walking, biking, or yoga.
- Intentional Breathing. Breathing exercises raise vital energy, increase alertness, and reduce anxious feelings. (www.verywellmind.com/abdominal-breathing-2584115)
- Listen to Harmonious Frequencies. Examples include tuning forks, singing bowls, frequency tones/music, bells, Gregorian chants, peaceful/uplifting music, and Solfeggio Frequencies.
- Physical Application of Frequency Devices. These devices deliver frequencies that resonate at the same frequency as a living body. They promote healthy cell strength, cellular awakening and regeneration, elimination of unhealthy cells, and more efficient use of the body’s own stem cells for repairs. These devices can be safely used on humans and animals of all ages. Look for quality devices that do not emit radiation or electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs).
Optimal frequency is when all is in order and there is no effort or conflict. When we are balanced, our vibration is in unison with the law of vibration. We are in tune and each cell of our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to. We are healthy and happy!
